The anomaly was identified through an independent interpretation of the Ontario Geological Survey’s total magnetic intensity data from its Kapuskasing airborne geophysical survey and from the earlier ground and airborne geophysical work done on the property. The interpretation work was compiled by Francis L. Jagodits, P. Eng., Consulting Geophysicist. The target magnetic anomaly is approximately 400 metres south of previous drill holes within the South East Zone which, historically, had encountered significant values of Nb2O5 material. Follow-up on-site investigation of the magnetic anomaly shows high Total Count (CPS or counts per second) readings with a hand-held scintillometer. High Total Count readings have provided good indications of mineralization on the property in the past.

This target is of significant interest as its magnetic signature is similar to that of the signatures associated with both the Hawke Zone mineralized area (formerly the D Zone), and with that of the South East Zone. In both of these areas past and current drilling has indicated significant amounts Nb2O5 material. Sarissa’s 2008 and 2009 drilling program has indicated a resource of 11,000,000 tonnes of 0.46% Nb2O5 material within the Hawke Zone, as outlined in the Technical Report prepared by Billiken Management Services Inc. in July 2009.

Based on the encouraging conclusions reached by Mr. Jagodits, the current drilling program being conducted in the South East Zone will be expanded to test this newly identified anomaly for Nb2O5 mineralization.

Canadian pulp and paper maker AbitibiBowater Inc. said on Wednesday it has sold its stake in a hydroelectric power plant to Hydro-Quebec for 615 million Canadian dollars ($582.9 million).

AbitibiBowater had what it called an “indirect interest” in 60 percent of a plant on Canada’s Manicouagan River with the capacity to generate 335 megawatts of electricity.

The company said it will use the proceeds from the sale to repay a $100 million debtor-in-possession loan and other debt.

The effect of the transactions would be to provide its Abitibi-Consolidated subsidiary with about 168 million Canadian dollars ($159.2 million), the company said.

AbitibiBowater shares rose 5 cents to close at 17 cents.

Our Take on GAGI:

GAGI was spotted couple weeks back in October when the volume surged out of nowhere and had tremendous gains. Now its been a month and the price has consolidated and we feel we are on a new leg of the chart. We waited it out to see if there were any trigger happy sellers in the mix and just seems tight near a penny and we expect with some attention and momentum. GAGI plans on opening 8 new facilities here in the US and plan on having them closed in first quarter 2010.

GAGI also is said to have a stock options plan for their Doctors. These deals were worked out in restricted shares we believe and will find more details on the subject. If the doctors are more then willing to invest where they work, even better for the shareholders! Also selling restricted’s allowed them to raise the capital for the 8 pending facilities here in the US.

So with all the good things going for GAGI and the fact that hospitals and nursing homes just do not have the ability to handle patients with mental retardation leaves GAGI is a perfect place to help the community and their patients and as well as reward the shareholders who are there from the begining.

The cost of living for a person with mental retardation is extroadinary and GAGI does exactly what nursing homes, hospitals, hospices, etc can not do, GAGI has the facilities to handle mental retardation at the patient level as well as the family level. Even tho the patient is the one with mental retardation, it takes a very large toll on a family and is very costly to them.

What does IMHCS Do?
PATIENT CARE -Providing services to help individuals with mental retardation has led to a new understanding of how we define mental retardation. After the initial diagnosis of mental retardation is made, we look at a person’s strengths and weaknesses. We also look at how much support or help the person needs to get along at home, in school, and in the community. This approach gives a realistic picture of each individual. It also recognizes that the “picture” can change. As the person grows and learns, his or her ability to get along in the world grows as well.

Support and Treatment
A person with mental retardation is likely to need individualized help. IMHCS will work with our patients and staff to develop an individualized plan, which will describe:

The services the facility will provide to address those needs The unique responsibilities of the staff and support family members. Many mentally retarded need help with adaptive skills, which are skills needed to live, work, and play in the community. Our staff and support family members can help a child work on these skills at both facilities and home. Some of these skills include:

Intra Mental Healthcare Service Begins Negotiations to Acquire Eight New Facilities

The management team of IMHCS is currently executing on its plan of business to acquire eight new facilities in the southern regional market of the U. S. This decision is prompted by the need for quality care treatment facilities in these markets. We at IMHCS pride ourselves on maintaining a safe, healthy, clean environment that fosters the growth and provides life skills training. The training and therapy programs allow our clients to lead a more fulfilled and normal life. We encourage treatment participation with family members as well.

The perspective facilities will provide treatment for an average of 12 clients per unit. In addition, the units will allow for a comprehensive service delivery system which provides a full array of treatment and rehabilitation services in both institutional and community settings.
